Amber Sea Glass

The amber sea glass in these earrings was found in Puerto Rico where it is a common sea glass color. In Puerto Rico Amber sea glass comes from various sources such as old Clorox and Lysol bottles, Malta India sugar cane soda bottles and beer bottles such as Medalla and the no longer made Tigre brand. Some may also come from Heineken and Becks beer as these beers were bottled in amber bottles for many years on the island.

Sea Glass Hoop Earrings

This beautifully shaped amber sea glass was found in Puerto Rico and is a common sea glass color. The hoops are Sterling silver and are pre-made, they are one of the few earring components that I do not make myself. I like to use them from time to time because they have such a simple look. I did make the figure eight links so there is a handmade touch.
