Blue is a heavenly color and the heavy frost on this mixed medium blue sea glass gives this treasure an ethereal quality. This sea glass has been worn smooth by the North Sea and is from England. It comes from molten scrap glass that was discarded into the sea at the end of the work day in a Victorian era glass factory. Circa 1850. Each side is finished with a hand formed sea spiral. Spirals represent eternity and in this case this sea spiral represents the perpetual motion of the sea.
