Spiraling Sea Glass Earrings
Ancient cultures from various regions used spirals in their artwork. Life spirals all around us, from the shape of galaxies, to the shape of a wave to the opening of a flower. The spiral appeals to our primal selves.
These earrings feature sea glass that is not just uncommon in color but in it's stone like shape and thickness. One piece is cornflower blue the other is a blue-green. The blue sea glass has what could be considered an inclusion. I have never considered these types of details to be flaws. How can sea glass be flawed anyway? I have adorned the sea glass with my hand made sea spirals. Sea glass found in Aguada, Puerto Rico.
