Returns
Returns - If you are not happy with your jewelry or sea glass please return it within thirty days of the date you recieved it. You will be refunded immediately according to the payment method you used to purchase the jewelry - less any shipping fees.
I must receive the jewelry undamaged/unaltered or the return/exchange will not be honored. Loose sea glass must be returned undamaged/unaltered and in the original quantity.
When shipping your return please use a trackable shipping method, for your own protection. You are responsible for the shipping cost. Damaged or lost jewelry or sea glass is not refundable/exchangeable so you may want to consider insuring the item for its value.
Exchanges
Exchanges - My exchange policy is the same as my return policy. Exchanges will ship within 7 days from when I recieve your return. Exchanges are final and will incur a shipping charge.

Hassle Free Process - I do not require a return merchandise authorization, charge restocking fees or ask you to fill out any forms or give a reason. I do not require your receipt, I can simply look up your order with your name or the name of the person who ordered your jewelry if it was a gift. We live between North Carolina and Florida so I do ask you to Email me first to find out which address to return it to.
Repairs
Repairs - Repairs are dealt with on a case by case basis, and are priced according to the time and materials involved. In some instances they may be free of charge plus your shipping cost. I rarely agree to repair sea glass jewelry made by other sea glass jewelry artists.
Free Cleaning Services
Free Cleaning Services - I will clean your sea glass jewelry for free - Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry only please! However, you are responsible for shipping cost each way. Jewelry sent for cleaning will be sent back to you within 2 weeks from the date I recieve it. I do encourage you to take care of your sea glass jewelry. It is not hard to do and will save you money!
